What is Ivy-Thyme Complex?

Thyme has been used through the ages by many different cultures. The Egyptians used it for embalming, the ancient Greeks put it in their baths and used it as incense in their temples, and in the Middle Ages the Europeans believed that by putting it under their pillows they would have a sounder, nightmare free sleep.

Of course nowadays it is used in cooking all round the world and is also used as a herbal remedy for a number of conditions. Liquorice is recognised as a tasty treat. It is part of many Eastern dishes, drinks and sweets and has been used traditionally in both Chinese and European medicine.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Dosage of Ivy-Thyme Complex

Directions:
Adults: 15 drops in a little water, 2 to 3 times daily.
Children (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age 2 or 3 times daily in a little water.
This product is not recommended for children under 2 years of age.

Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose.

Contains the tinctures of: fresh Hedera helix (Ivy) herb 40%, fresh Thymus vulgaris* (Thyme) herb 35%, Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice) dried root 24.875%, Aniseed essential Oil 0.075%, Eucalyptus Essential Oil 0.05%. Extracted in alcohol: 51% v/v.
