Delivery was really quick and hassle free.. I've been taking for three weeks... haven't had a flu so can't really comment too much.. maybe that's a good sign... the tablets dissolve very easily on the tongue and seem good quality. How to use
DIY TIP – Blend 5 drops with 10ml of Sweet Almond Oil and massage into the head, neck and shoulders to help induce peace & calm whilst releasing tension from the body.
ROOM FRAGRANCE – Add up to 6 drops of the blend to an essential oil diffuser to create a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere.
