Delivery was really quick and hassle free.. I've been taking for three weeks... haven't had a flu so can't really comment too much.. maybe that's a good sign... the tablets dissolve very easily on the tongue and seem good quality. Recommended by an holistic dentist to strengthen my immune system prior to some invasive work... Will report back after the work

An old favourite, Bryonia Linctus is a soothing preparation to ease those tickly or hacking winter coughs.
Directions
Adults: Two 5ml spoonfuls to be taken up to three times daily as required.
Children: one 5ml spoonful to be taken up to to three times daily as required.

Honey, Syrup, Water, Lemon Juice, Alcohol, Bryonia alba tinture
