Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule twice daily (2 caps per day in total), ideally 1 before breakfast and 1 before dinner (on an empty stomach), or as directed by your health practitioner. This can be reduced to 1 per day after 3 months. Do not exceed recommended dose. If given to children, reduce the dosage as per proportion of body weight to adult weight.
