Inulin is a prebiotic fibre that acts as a food source for beneficial gut bacteria.

Children aged 4 to 6 years: take 2 measuring spoons daily.
Children aged 7 years and over and adults: take 3 measuring spoons daily.
Stir into cold drinks, yoghurt or desserts. Do not mix into hot meals or hot drinks, as heat may affect the probiotics and colostrum contained in the product.
