For aches & pains, I much prefer Traumeel as practically tasteless ampules or drops, spread through the day, rather than the chalky tablets that leave an aftertaste & can't be taken near other food and drink. I also find taking it orally is more helpful (& better value) than the cream version. I also MUCH prefer Traumeel to standard arnica creams (which stink.) There's a lot of scoffing at homeopathy, & admittedly some of the language used can be a bit strange, but something like Traumeel is very easy to understand/recommend, because it arnica is very commonly know for muscle aches.

Bright green & smells pretty strong, so it much be doing me some good! The smell was a little off-putting, but tasted better than it smelt. I mixed it into a drink which was far more palatable. I do the same with ginger shots - I don't like them neat either. No doubt it did me a lot of good.
Great supplement to support well functioning lungs and will keep reordering
I have used Heel products for some years and found them the most effective of many other alternatives used
