For many years Jan de Vries sought combinations of flower essences to improve emotional wellbeing, which in turn can enhance greater harmony in the body.
This flower essence is specially formulated to help meet the challenges of modern life. It contains a unique blend, carefully selected with the advice of experienced practitioners from Sun Essences.

Ingredients
Grape alcohol (approx 27% ABV), infusions of Sweet Chestnut, Bluebell, Orange Hawkweed, Yarrow and Red Chestnut, with Star of Bethlehem, Impatiens, Cherry Plum, Clematis and Rock Rose.
Directions
Adults: 5 drops directly on the tongue, or in a little water. Repeat every 10 minutes if necessary.
Maintenance: 5 drops in a little water 3 times daily for up to 1 week.
Children (2-7 years): 3 drops in a little water 3 times daily.
Children (7-14 years): 4 drops in a little water 3 times daily.
