Delivery was really quick and hassle free.. I've been taking for three weeks... haven't had a flu so can't really comment too much.. maybe that's a good sign... the tablets dissolve very easily on the tongue and seem good quality. Recommended by an holistic dentist to strengthen my immune system prior to some invasive work... Will report back after the work

Directions
Adults and children over 5 years: 10ml (2 teaspoons) daily. Children 1-5 years: 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
